Well....take a look

I told you this house hunting is work. We were supposed to go yesterday back to the house on Barber street so Jeremy could see it and decide whether or not to submit an offer. The house is currently being rented out and the tenants couldnt do the showing last night so it was set for tonight...well half hour before appt, they call and cancel. GRRRRR! But, Mandy found another house to look at and we love it. We both got to see it and I am signing an offer on it in the morning. The link will be below. Anyway, its absolutely beautiful. Teh kitchen is a bit outdated but its very nice and well taken care of. The couple living there raised their family in this house, moving in in 75. They were the 2nd owners. So, its been well taken care of and has a lot to offer including a fenced in yard and two enclosed porches, finished basement with 2 bedrooms down there and a bathroom. Anyway, the closer we get to finding a place, the more nauseated I am that the financing won't go through. I am sick thinking/worryng about it. The problem is this: we have 3 collections on the credit report that have to be paid off. We do not have the money to pay them off right now..its around 700 dollars. We are most likely gonna have to borrow the money but where from is the issue. Bc at the same time, we can't really take a loan in our name bc that will go against our debt to income ratio. So that's a bad move to put a loan in our name. I just want this house (a house, period) so bad that i can taste it. I hate this trailer and find it hard to even clean it....i am miserable here in this cramped place. I want something bigger, something to build our family in...create memories...entertain ppl, etc. This place is really great for all that. I hope and pray that it all works out...please do the same. I have been so stressed lately i cant stand anything. i think if this doesnt work out im just gonna hold off (sulk for awhile) and wait for awhile.
